I love working with teens + their families because the transformation + healing that takes place in the process is AH-MA-ZING!

CEO + Clinical Director

I'm so happy you decided to stop by! I know the typical "about me" page lists lots of credentials, certifications + achievements (you will find some listed here), but I want this to also be a space where you get a glimpse of who I am. Then you can decide if you would like to work with me. Here we go...

Relationships are complex + life is hard! Sometimes well-meaning intentions get lost in translation. Sometimes things that are out of our control happen to us.

No matter the situation - there is hope!

I believe that every relationship can recover from even the most tragic events. Will it be easy? No. Will it be quick? No. But if you're willing to do the work, I will do my best to help guide you down a path that not only leads to stability - but a thriving, successful life!

I am not the type of therapist to glaze over the white elephant in the room. I am willing to get "down in the trenches" + do the nitty gritty work it's going to take to move forward. When I say that we can talk about anything in therapy, I DO mean anything. The only way to move forward is to confront the things that hold us back. I will challenge you to think outside of the box.

I am honored to be a part of something so great...

Administrative Assistant

A Michigan native, I am a married mama of 6 (11 yr old human, and 5 furry).

We reside in East Lansing, so naturally I bleed Green & White {GO GREEN}. As a family we enjoy Spartan tailgates, football, basketball, and baseball. When are aren't being devout Spartans, we spend as much time in the upper pennsuila on Drummond Island with family, or on any of our 5 Great Lakes.

My husband owned a restaurant when I met him, and I worked in Emergency Medicine...

Needless to say, we are foodies. As a family we love to cook, and enjoy trying new things.

{If we talk, please suggest your favorite recipe!}

I spent the first half of my working life in Health Care Administration, then found a passion for Emergency Medicine, and found myself working EMS in Flint, Michigan.

Together with my husband, I ran our restaurant on the campus of Michigan State University, until we opted to concentrate on family.

With my eclectic background, I developed a deep desire to involve myself in the mental health community, and here I am. I am honored to be a part of something so great, and look forward to assisting everyone on their journey.
