There are many factors to consider when deciding if a Therapist is the "right fit" to work with you and/or your child. I understand that finances is part of this decision.
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, Optum/United Healthcare and ComPsych. New clients with the accepted insurances, should they decide to move forward, will be asked for insurance information during the consultation call in order for me to verify benefits + avoid financial surprises prior to our first session. For all other insurance companies, I am currently considered an " Out of Network" Provider. I can provide you with a form you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. This means you are responsible for the fee at the start of the session + (depending on your plan) a certain percentage may be reimbursed by your insurance company. I strongly suggest that you contact your insurance company to verify your benefits + coverage amount prior to your first appointment to avoid any financial surprises.

I also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards + Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Payment is due at the start of each session.
No Show/Cancellation within 24 hours - $60/$165/$180*
*Your session time has been reserved specifically for you. It is important that I know as soon as possible if you cannot make your session, so that I can attempt to fill that space. Therefore, sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours or less will be charged the full session fee. If you show up late for your session, you forfeit that portion of your session.
