SO YOU DON'T NECESSARILY THINK YOU'RE AT THE POINT WHERE YOU'RE READY FOR COUNSELING AND YOU WANT TO TRY SOME THINGS ON YOUR OWN FIRST. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT! PERHAPS YOU JUST DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START....?
These are items that can be used to help you relax and unwind after a stressful day. They are also useful if you have a child with sensory needs. I have used many of these items in my practice and have found that even simple household objects can be soothing/helpful. I do receive a small commission if you purchase through the links on my site - this does not increase the price you pay for the items. The money I receive through these links goes towards helping make therapy more affordable for lower-income clients.
